4 salad recipe with sprouts.



The first classic version:
Ingredients: 50 grams of green sprouted buckwheat, 50 grams of wheat germ, 4 cherry tomatoes, 1 cucumber korotkoplodny, a few black olives with stones, green beam, a few leaves of lettuce, 2 tablespoons flaxseed oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice.

. Ingredients: 50 grams of germinated naked oats, 50 grams of sprouted rye, radish 3, 1 green radish, 1 bell pepper yellow, 2 tbsp flaxseed oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Preparation
Vegetables arbitrarily cut, blend with the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle salad with linseed oil, lemon juice and bring to the table!
 -. Sweet salad

Ingredients: 50 grams of germinated flax seeds, 50g sprouted sunflower kernels, 1 green apple, 1 carrot, a handful of cashew nuts, 2 tablespoons linseed oil,
1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Preparation
Apple and carrots grate. Stir in the remaining ingredients, drizzle with linseed oil, lemon juice and bring to the table!
