SYROEDNAYA PAELLA

1 ½ cup cherry tomatoes
1 small shallot, finely chopped

1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced ​​
1 cup fresh green beans, fresh peas or chopped
1 cup asparagus crop, thinly sliced ​​on the diagonal

Preparation:

In a small bowl, mix hot water and saffron, put aside.
