Syroedny pilaf



Prepare this delicious dish in just a few minutes, and, if desired, put in a dehydrator. The dish turns colorful, delicious and very easy.

! Ingredients:
1/2 Kachan cauliflower
3/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh green beans
1/4 cup peas, sliced ​​in half
2 green onion stalk
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon of honey (agave or maple syrup)
2 teaspoons of brown rice vinegar (or your favorite vinegar)
1 teaspoon sesame oil (toasted taste better)
cayenne pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon sesame

Preparation:
In a food processor, chop the cauliflower to the rice size.
Add red pepper, green beans, peas, onions and stir.
Add ginger, and other spices. Mix well.
Put the contents into a shallow baking dish and place in the dehydrator at a temperature of 40 degrees for 30 -60 minutes (optional).
Serve and garnish with greens

Alternatively, I would add the grated carrots, Brussels sprouts and parsley.
