Rolls with alfalfa
2 sheet of nori
1 zucchini
1 tomato
1 avocado
seedlings
Alfalfa sprouts
soy bean sprouts or
wasabi
soy sauce
Cut the tomatoes, avocado and zucchini slices.
On the cutting board to spread the nori sheets.
