Diet leg.
The authors of this diet say that using it will basically lose weight the buttocks, thighs, calves, t. E. All below the waist, hence the name (grassroots).
Duration: 1 week
Daily upon awakening need to drink 500 ml of water.

Breakfast 1
3 cubes of bitter chocolate rub in skimmed milk warmed
Breakfast 2
300 ml of melt water (water first freeze, then melt) to add 1 ch. l. honey
Lunch 1
salad 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, onion, lemon juice
