For the dough:

2/3 cup almond flour 1, 5 cups of powdered sugar 5 tbsp sugar 3 crude protein 1 tbsp vanilla extract

7 tablespoons softened unsalted butter 2 raw egg yolks 1/4 cup of sugar or powdered sugar 3, 5 tbsp Milk 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 120 degrees. Cover the pan with baking paper. Draw on the paper circles with a diameter of 2, 5 cm each, leaving between them a distance of 2-4 cm. Mix the powder and almond flour. Several times to ask them through a sieve.





Whisk proteins at medium speed of a mixer in a clean, dry bowl until the air bubbles on the surface. Gradually add the sugar in a thin stream, vanilla extract and increase the speed of the mixer. Sugar should be completely dissolved. Gently mix with silicone blades protein mixture with flour. The mixture should be uniform, but not quite liquid. Stir spatula mass in one direction and turn the bowl to another. Ideally, it should turn out the dough, which flows down from the ribbon blades. Put the dough into a pastry bag and squeeze it into the prepared baking sheet in circles. Squeeze the dough should be smooth, and the last sharp movement must be "cut" him aside and leave a small ponytail.





When all circles are filled with dough, lift the pan and tap it a few times on the table, took the dough to a uniform shape and "tails" left. Leave baking the dough at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Tap the surface of the future of cookies: if the dough is stuck to your finger, then leave it for another 10 minutes. Bake the dough at 150 degrees for 14 minutes. Depending on your oven time may be a little more or a little less.
Allow to cool prepared pasta, and then remove them from the pan.



Cooking stuffing:

Cut into pieces of butter and soften it until smooth. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until it is completely dissolved. Add the milk and whisk the mixture again. Put the mixture on the fire and cook it until then, until it thickens and does not increase in volume as pudding. Adjust the heat to the mixture curled and burnt. Pour the mixture back into the bowl and stir until it has cooled to room temperature. Add the butter and stir all this beauty to the consistency of cream. Spread the filling on the pasta.
