How to prepare:
1. Salmon steak placed in a steamer. Waking up with salt and pepper. Put each piece of steak a few rings of lemon. If you do not have a double boiler, you can cook the fish in a pan. Take a deep pan, place the rack on which will lay the fish, pour about 1 cup of water and bring to a boil over high heat. At the front put a plate of fish, tightly cover and boil for a couple. Fish should be prepared approximately 8-10 minutes.
3. To prepare the sauce, mix the cucumber, sour cream, olive oil, mustard, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, rosemary and garlic.
4. Put the pieces of fish on a plate on top of their fields and cucumber sauce.
