How to prepare:

Put on top of a sheet of baking paper. Distribute evenly beans (photo used wheat) and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The bottom of the cake will be flat, and the edges are slightly rise.
Next Get the dough out of the oven, let it cool and take off the baking paper.
Now, in a bowl, mix the ricotta, egg, Parmesan, nutmeg, oregano and mozzarella, diced, until smooth. A pinch of salt, if necessary, can not hurt.
We will cut the carrot and zucchini into thin strips. If before that put them in the microwave for 1 minute, then it will be easier to cut.
Put the filling into the pie.
