1. Mix 500 grams of sour cream and 500 g of yogurt with 1 ch. L. salt. Pour the mixture into a colander lined with cheesecloth or cotton cloth. Put the resulting mixture under pressure and send in the refrigerator for 2 days.





2. After 2 days crumbled fresh dill, finely chop the garlic and add a good pinch of salt.
