Fragrant casserole of zucchini with minced meat. The recipe, which you should definitely save!
Young squash is very tender and juicy product. Well they are in any way - raw, baked, fried. This vegetable can even just toast slices in a pan, roll in flour and egg, but if you are looking for a fun way to prepare zucchini, encourages you to make nutritious and fragrant casserole with zucchini, minced meat, tomatoes and cheese. This dish can be served as an ordinary family dinner, and on holidays.
Ingredients:
1 zucchini; 300 grams of minced meat; 3-4 tomatoes; 1 onion; 2 eggs; 100 g sour cream; 100 g of cheese; 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste; salt, ground black pepper - to taste; vegetable oil. Preparation:
1. Fry the mince in oil over low heat, add salt and pepper.
2. Finely we shall cut onions and fry it with stuffing.
3. Add the tomato paste to the pan, stir and carcass until the stuffing is ready. Cool it.
4. Cleanse zucchini from the skin and seeds. If you chose the young vegetables, there is no need to do it. Then sodium zucchini on a coarse grater, if allocated juice, wring it out and put it on the bottom half of the mass of oiled shape.
5. Then put a layer of previously prepared stuffing. It needs to be spread evenly over the surface. After that lap remaining grated zucchini and salt it.
