Dumplings with cabbage


 
For the dough:
2 cups flour
150 g of water
1 egg
0, 5 tsp salt
0, 5 ch.l.sahara

Filling:
1 head cabbage
1 tbsp. l. sugar
2-3 onions
2 tbsp tomato paste
100 g vegetable oil
2 carrots
pepper
salt to taste

To test the sifted flour with egg combine, pour cold water with dissolved salt and sugar. Knead the dough and leave for 30 minutes to swell.

Until the dough swells, prepare the stuffing. Finely chopped cabbage, pour oil and put it on a hot skillet. Add a little water and simmer, covered until tender. Onion cut into small cubes, carrots grate on medium grater. Add the onions and carrots to the cabbage, salt and simmer min.15. 5 min. until the end of quenching add salt and pepper.

Form the dumplings and place on a floured board and freeze in the freezer.

Before serving dumplings dipped in boiling salted water bring to a boil and boil 5 to 7 minutes. Ready to get dumplings with a slotted spoon, put on a dish, season with golden onion.
