Masala tea (milk tea with spices)
Ingredients:
2 green cardamom pods (you can add 2 more, if you like witty)
2 cups of boiling water
3 tablespoons welding
3 cups low-fat milk
3-4 tablespoons of condensed milk
Preparation:
Gently crush the cardamom pods to get seeds. In a small saucepan pour the boiling water and place cardamom seeds. Put on a small fire to cook until until you feel the smell of cardamom. Then drop your tea leaves in a pan and leave on low heat sealed. When the tea to brew, pour in the milk and cook over medium heat. Periodically stir the milk does not burn on the bottom. When the milk starts to boil, add the condensed milk. When milk "is about to run away," remove the saucepan from the heat. Strain the tea, tea leaves and discard the cardamom seeds. Serve hot tea.
