How to Make Masala Tea Ingredients
- a piece of Pu-erh tea or 2-3 tbsp of ordinary black tea
- 0.5 liters of milk
- 3-4 buds of cloves
- 1-2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 star of a badyan
- pinch
- 5-7 cardamom buds
- 5 peas of black pepper
- 2–3 cm piece of ginger
- 1 tbsp water
- sugar
Preparation
- Heat the water on low fire. Add some tea. Cook it to amber.
- Put ginger sliced in small pieces in tea.
- Warm up on the frying pan spices, grind in a mortar and add to the drink.
- When you feel the aroma, pour milk and volumes of masala for another 5-10 minutes. To enhance the flavor with milk, you can put a piece of butter. Before drinking the tea through a sieve.
- Add any sweetener.
