Incompatible food combinations in Ayurveda

According to Ayurveda, certain food combinations disrupt the normal digestion and upset the balance of the doshas. Wrong combination of food may lead to indigestion, fermentation, putrefaction and gas education. Due to improper combination of food formed the AMA – toxic substance which is the cause of most diseases, including problems with excess weight.
Here are some of the General concepts of compatibility of foods according to Ayurvedic wisdom:
Avoid milk and milk products with sour fruit, citrus or other acidic food. Avoid to use a large amount of potatoes and other starchy foods. Often potatoes and other starchy food is not digested properly, creating toxins.
Honey should never be heated. The fact that honey is digested very slowly, and if it is heated, the molecules of honey negalogenizirovannam be the glue that firmly attaches to the mucous membranes and clogs the subtle channels of the walls, creating toxins. Raw honey is nectar processed by heating the honey – poison. Avoid milk along with other protein foods. melon: starchy foods, grains, fried foods, cheese;
starchy foods: bananas, milk;
honey: hot food;
radish: raisins, bananas, milk;
nightshades (potatoes, tomatoes, peppers), cucumber, melon, milk and dairy products;
lemon: tomatoes, cucumbers, milk and dairy products;
corn: dates, raisins, bananas;
eggs: milk, yogurt, cheese, fruit, potatoes.
Especially should avoid such mixtures as banana milkshake and a Popsicle made with milk. Fruit salads of several different fruits are also undesirable.
The negative effects of eating poorly combined foods can be mitigated using herbs and spices
DAIRY PRODUCE
Milk, ice cream, cream: while excessive consumption increases the amount of mucus in the body, it is difficult to digest, add weight, cause drowsiness, reduce appetite, cool the body, increase the tendency to colds. Recommended spices as an antidote cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, cardamom, cloves, saffron.
Cheese, yogurt, sour cream, cheese, yogurt: while excessive consumption increases the amount of mucus in the body, create blockages, cause thirst, heartburn, pollute the blood, increase the acidity, promote ulcer.
Recommended spices as "antidote": turmeric, red and black pepper, cumin, ginger, coriander, fennel.

Potatoes: with excessive use, it forms gases, excites the nervous system, dries the skin, increases bone fragility. Recommended spices as "antidote": cloves, cardamom, cumin, coriander, mustard Sprouts: excessive consumption forms gases, is difficult to digest, increases nervousness, increases the dryness.
Recommended spices as "antidote": fennel, cumin, cloves.
FATTY FOOD
Recommended spices as "antidote":
saffron, ginger, Shambhala, mustard, turmeric.
Sugar, candy, cakes:
