Incompatible foods according to Ayurveda

Food nesochetanie according to AyurvedaAccording to Ayurveda, certain food combinations disrupt the normal digestion and upset the balance of the doshas. The wrong combination of foods can lead to indigestion, fermentation, putrefaction and gas formation.

If it happens regularly then it can cause various diseases. To take just one example — if you eat bananas with milk, it can weaken Agni and modify the intestinal microflora, leading to the formation of toxins that cause a runny nose, colds, cough, allergies, hives, rashes. In disorders of digestion due to improper food combinations formed the AMA — toxic substance which is the cause of most diseases.

The consequences of eating poorly combined foods can be mitigated using herbs and spices.

But the best way to cope with the consequences helps a strong Agni. To stimulate digestion, it is useful to chew before eating a piece of fresh ginger (if desired, you can drip a few drops of lemon juice or sprinkled with salt).
