Beef stew with apple and mustard.

 - 500 -800 g beef
 - 1 onion
 - 1 carrot
 - 1 apple
 - 1 st.l.muki
 - 0, 5 glasses of tomato juice
 - 1 tsp, Dijon mustard
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Bay leaf
 - 1 clove garlic
 - 1 ch.l.sahara


Beef cut into cubes and fry with olive oil in a frying pan over high heat.
