Potatoes baked in foil with ham and cheese
Ingredients:
To prepare the potatoes baked in foil, we need 8 medium sized potatoes, 100 gr. any hard cheese, 100 gr. lean ham, 8 teaspoons butter 4 cloves of garlic, parsley and dill, lettuce leaves and salt to taste.
Method of preparation:
Potatoes before baking should be cleaned and cut one end to chtobykartofel held vertically. Then, potatoes vertical incision along the entire length. Such cuts should be done 8-9 on each potato.
Ham cut into plates the size of the height of the cuts on the potatoes. Garlic clean and push masher. Thereafter, each notched kartofelenu salt, pepper, sprinkle with garlic sagging.
In each cut potatoes laid plate of ham. Then pour each potato with melted butter. One teaspoon per kartofelenu.
