Berry juice


 
Ingredients:
Fresh cranberries 150g
Sugar 120g
1 liter of water

How to:

1. Fresh berries rinse and squeeze the juice.
2. Marc pour hot water, boil at low boil for 5-8 minutes and let stand for 25-30 minutes.
3. The broth drain, squeeze, add broth sugar and stir it until completely dissolved.
4. Then pour the juice again drain and cool.

Cranberries can be replaced by black currants, strawberries, raspberries or strawberries.
