6 unexpectedly delicious desserts from the regular semolina
first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word "semolina", - it is hated porridge with lumps of childhood. But even with a minimum of effort, this cereal can become a hit in your kitchen.

Lemon manna
Ingredients:

Ingredients:

Preparation:
< br> In a bowl break the eggs, put the sugar and salt. Beat with a mixer until fluffy foam. Pour yogurt and stir. Put the semolina, stir well and leave to swell for an hour. The thickened batter add baking powder and mix. Clean and cut the apples into cubes, add to the batter and mix well. On heated pan spread with a spoon pancakes and fry until cooked on both sides.
A la panna cotta
Ingredients:
< 50 g semolina 500 ml of milk sugar to taste vanilla to taste a pinch of salt 1 tbsp. l. butter chocolate sauce / syrup for decoration
Preparation:
Pour the milk in a saucepan, bring to a boil, add the semolina, add sugar and salt. Cook porridge, stirring constantly with a spoon for about 7 minutes. In the finished porridge add the butter and vanilla, mix and allowed to cool. Porridge whisk blender so that the specks were not felt on the palate. We shift into a form porridge pudding and put in refrigerator to complete solidification. Frozen Pudding passed on to a dish shape to put it a few seconds in hot water. Decorate with chocolate sauce.
Summer cherry
Ingredients:

Preparation:
Beat eggs with sugar until white. Melt the butter. Remove the zest from the lemon. Add the eggs to the butter, yoghurt, semolina, baking powder, zest and flour. Beat the dough into a homogeneous consistency of thick cream. We shift the dough in a baking dish. Cherries are pressed into the dough. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dessert with powdered sugar.
mouth-watering mousse
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. l. semolina 2 cups of water 250 g strawberries sugar to taste vanilla to taste
Preparation:
Berries without stalks put in a pan, fill with sugar and pour the water. Bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes. We filtered, leaving only the resulting juice. We bring juice to a boil, add the semolina and cook until tender berries cereal, stirring constantly. Let cool to room temperature and stir blender until uniform. We shift into a cup or ice-cream bowls.
Orange tenderness
Ingredients:

Preparation:
Pour juice into the pan, put on fire. Fall asleep semolina, sugar, flour. Cook, stirring constantly with a spoon, until boiling.
