Exercise routine: train inside of the thighs.

 - Become a sideways to the machine or any handrail, one hand holding him and the other put on the waist.
 - His legs apart and sit down, as in the first image.
 - Then start slowly lowered and lifted by a few centimeters, coaching inner thighs.
 - Repeat the exercise for 30 seconds, then sat up on his toes, again do 30 sit-ups.
