Turkish Delight.


 - Sugar 450g.
 - Corn starch 200g.
 - Pistachios 300-350g.
 - 60g caster sugar.
 - Water 250g.
 - Lemon juice 10-15g.

Sugar water bring to a boil, add the lemon juice and starch Pour a thin stream, stirring vigorously, cook until thick. In a flat shape pour half of pistachios, pour the resulting mass, sprinkle the remaining pistachios and give cool. When the mass has cooled, cut it into large cubes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
