Cherry tomatoes - 280 g (cut in half)
Fresh basil - 110 grams (finely chop)
Parsley - 70 grams (finely chop)
Garlic - 4 cloves (finely cut)
Mozzarella - 110 g (grated)
Olive Oil - 70 ml
Salt - ½ teaspoon
Pepper - ½ teaspoon
Pine nuts - 50 g
Baguette - 1 pc
Prepare tomatoes, basil, parsley, garlic, cheese, as indicated in the instructions. Mix them with olive oil, salt, pepper and nuts. Slice the bread and place on baking sheet. Preheat the oven broiler. Grease a bread with olive oil and place the stuffing. Cook under the broiler for 3-4 minutes.
