Recently, I made a cake with cherries, the recipe of which was peeked at my favorite chef Yevgeny Klopotenko.   • 500g cherries
  • 200g wheat flour for dough
  • 4 eggs
  • 400 ml of milk 2.5% fat content
  • 120g sugar
  • 10g vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 20g butter
  • 30g wheat flour to sprinkle form


Preparation
  1. Turn on the oven and set 180 degrees. While we cook the dough, the oven will have time to warm up properly. Also remove butter from the refrigerator so that it softens and it is convenient to spread it on the baking form.



  2. Pull the bones out of the cherries and place it on the couch so that the glass has all the excess moisture. Then beat the eggs, ordinary and vanilla sugar. The mass should turn white. 672164



  3. Then add wheat flour to the egg mixture and mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps. The result should be dough, the consistency of which will resemble thick sour cream.



  4. Then put the milk in the dough and mix it again. The dough will resemble liquid low-fat sour cream - as it should be.
  5. Lubricate the baking mold (20 cm diameter) with softened butter, and then sprinkle with flour. This trick is called the French shirt in cooking. Put the cherry on the bottom of the shape, evenly distribute it.
  6. Sprinkle the cherry with cinnamon on top and then pour dough on it. Bake the cake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees. After baking, let the cake completely cool and stabilize, as the texture of the dough is very tender and weightless. Serve the finished cake for tea or coffee. Bon appetit!
