- 300g cottage cheese
- 150g butter
- 200–250g wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Preparation
- It is best to use homemade cottage cheese. You can easily buy it in the market. Pour the product into a deep bowl and rub it with a spoon.
- Then add to the cottage cheese melted butter and mix thoroughly. It is important that the cottage cheese was at room temperature, and the oil was not hot. The result should be a homogeneous curd-cream mass.
- Add sifted flour and baking powder to the bowl. Mix elastic soft dough. Give him 10-15 minutes to rest at room temperature.
YouTube - Then sprinkle the working surface with flour and place the dough on it. Roll it into a rectangular layer with a thickness of no more than 0.5 centimeters. Then sprinkle the dough with two types of sugar, previously mixing them. You can adjust the amount of sugar to your taste, since there is no sugar in the test itself.
- Now roll the dough on both sides into roulettes, connecting them in the middle of the rectangle. Next, cut the resulting double roll into pieces about 1 centimeter thick. This is the future of cookies.
YouTube - Place the blanks on a pan, covered with parchment paper, at a sufficient distance from each other. Bake cookies in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees. "Ears" should be properly roared!
