My aunt from Volyn taught me to cook one of the most popular dishes, now I surprise guests with mazuriks

We like to cook. squirt. Cutlets, dumplings, meatballs. But sometimes you get tired of them. The taste is boring, and the home asked to come up with something more original. In this case, you can relax from the classics and prepare a delicious dish of Ukrainian cuisine - mazurika. Delicious, fragrant and not at all heavy.



Masuriks are popular with lovers of meat snacks. They really can eat, and they also refresh the taste after standard and familiar cutlets. They are prepared quite quickly, without unnecessary hassle. And thanks to the meat of poultry from mazuriki, you will never have extra centimeters at the waist. The main thing is not to overdo it with portions.

Meals from minced meat in a hurry Ingredients
  • 500g poultry mince
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g butter
  • 40g hard cheese
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp ground pepper
  • 0.5 tsp dry garlic (optional)
  • 1 tsp dry onions (optional)
  • breadcrumbs
  • vegetable-oil


Preparation
  1. For the Masuriks, we're gonna need ground turkey. But if it is not at hand, you can do with chicken. The main thing is to be gentle. To do this, we strongly recommend turning the meat in the grinder twice. Store mince in most cases crushed quite well. The meat is quite dietary, so we will dilute it with other ingredients.



  2. To the mince placed in a bowl, add 2 chicken eggs, melted butter, milk, salt, pepper and other seasonings. In the original recipe, onions and garlic are absent, but they will still taste better. On the other hand, their presence in the dish is completely optional. Add another spoonful of milk and rub on top of your favorite hard cheese. With his presence, the Masuriks will become denser.



  3. Wet from cold water hands form sausages from mixed mince. Visually, they should not be too big. It's about the size of a big cutlet. We put them on a bowl, pre-covered with foil. And then we send future mazuriks to cool down in the refrigerator for about half an hour. 377230



  4. We warm the pan and pour vegetable oil into it. It should be enough just to half the average mazuric. We drop chilled meat blanks in crackers and lay out on a hot pan with butter. We cook on medium heat, to a golden color. Because of the convenient amount of oil, mazurikas only need to be flipped to the other side once, and after that they will be ready.





We advise you to get ready mazuriks still hot, without turning off the stove directly. They need to be laid out on paper towels or napkins so that excess oil quickly glass from a hot dish. Serve them still warm, although many like chilled mazuriks. They do not have excess fat, because chicken or turkey - meat is quite dietary, even lean.



You can decorate mazuriks with lettuce leaves and beautifully sliced tomatoes. Juicy vegetables will give a special emphasis to the dish, and at the same time can update the taste buds.
