I taught my daughter-in-law to bake homemade bread, there is nothing to feed my son shop

I don’t know why you should go to the store to buy baking when you can cook. homebread on their own. I found a really good recipe for you. In taste and pulp is very reminiscent of the classic Ukrainian palyanica. It looks great! I'm sure you'll really like this bread. I share a detailed preparation process later in the article.



The recipe for this bread conquered me by the fact that the dough must be cooked without kneading. This means that you do not have to tinker with the poop and wait for it to come. Simply combine all the ingredients and give the dough a little rest. And then continue to work with him. Perfect!



The recipe uses live yeast. If you don't have one, replace it with dry ones. In our case, for 15 g of pressed product enough 5 g dry.

The ingredients
  • 350 ml of warm water
  • 15g live yeast
  • 500g wheat flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


Preparation
  1. Drink a little liquid from the total amount of water and dilute in it yeast with sugar. Then in a deep bowl sift the wheat flour, add salt, vegetable oil and pour the water with yeast, as well as the remaining liquid. Mix the dough with a spatula until uniform. Then cover it with film and leave it in a warm place for 40 minutes.



  2. After that, the dough should be stirred on the surface, powdered with flour. Keep in mind that the dough will stick heavily to your hands. But in the process, it will begin to change right before our eyes. It is necessary to fold it at least 4-5 times with an envelope, having previously leveled it into a rectangle with your hands: first one edge to the middle, then the other. And so on.
  3. Then fold the dough in a circle to the middle, pinch the edge to make a spike. Put it on the parchment and cover it with a bowl in which the dough fit. Give him another 25 minutes to unwind.
  4. In the meantime, warm the oven to 250 degrees along with nasty and cast-iron dishes in which you will bake bread. That's his big deal. If you do not have cast iron utensils, take a bowl or a pot with a thick bottom.
  5. Rested bread directly on parchment, transfer to red-hot dishes for baking. Make a cut on the bread on the side, retreating 1/3 from the edge, or make a cut in the form of a cross. Then cover the pan in which the bread will be baked with a lid.



  6. Send the bread to bake, reducing the temperature to 230 degrees. Bake it for about 20-25 minutes, then remove the lid, reduce the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Done!

Fast homemade bread: editorial advice If during baking visually the top is too baked, and the bread itself is not yet ready, additionally cover it with parchment and continue to bake. After cooking, let the bread cool before serving. This is the perfect addition to any dish!
