  • 170g flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 600g sour cream
  • 200g milk chocolate


Preparation
  1. Let's start with the crust. Break the eggs in a small container, add a pinch of salt and sugar to them. Strike it to uniformity.



  2. Here, add vegetable oil and kefir of any fat content. They'll make the crust wet and lush. Mix flour with baking powder and add to our mix. Send the cocoa there. Stir everything, turning the mixture into a uniform dough.



  3. The baking uniform was covered with parchment. It is best to take a long rectangular shape, then cut the cake in half. But you can take a round, then you will need to cut along. Pour the dough into the uniform. And send it to the 180-degree oven for 25 minutes. Make sure the cake doesn't burn.



  4. While the crust is baked, make the cream. Take sour cream for that. The fatter it is, the better. In the sour cream add melted chocolate and stir until homogeneous. No more added to the cream, it will be quite sweet and tasty.



  5. When the cake cools a little, cut it in two. Cut the edges to make powder out of them. Put half the cake on a plate, put half the cream on top. Put the second cake on top. And put the remaining cream on top and on the sides. Then sprinkle the sides with crumbs. Take it easy on the table!
