Chicken cake



In order to make this delicious, you will need the following.

The ingredients
  • 9 proteins
  • 3 yolks
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 200g lean cottage cheese
  • greenery
  • 1/4 tbsp low-fat kefir
  • salt, pepper to taste


Preparation
  1. Put the chicken breast in a pan, pour water, add some salt. Bring the water to a boil and boil the meat over low heat for about 30 minutes.
  2. Take the breast out of the water and cool it. Cut it in small cubes.




For each layer of cake, you will need an egg pancake of three proteins and one yolk. Mix proteins, yolks and beat the resulting mass with a fork. Fry in a dry frying pan with non-stick coating three pancakes and set them aside to cool.



Pour finely chopped greens and garlic into the cottage cheese. Add kefir, rub the mass to uniformity. Save it to taste.



Now take the dish for the future cake. Put one of the pancakes on it as a base. Cover the pancake with the third resulting curd cream.



On top, lay out half the cube-cut chicken breast. Repeat the layers.



Put the finished cake in a cold place for impregnation. The recommended time is two hours.
