- 3 large bulbs
- 3 cloves of garlic
- ground-pepper
- salt
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 600g pork
- 8 potatoes
- 5 twigs of thyme

Preparation
- Let the meat brew so that it gets room temperature.
- Marinade is easiest to prepare with a blender or mixer. In the container it is necessary to grind 2 bulbs, 3 cloves of garlic, black pepper, salt and 2 tbsp. l of vegetable oil.
- 20 minutes will be enough to pickle a piece of meat weighing 600 g. Do not overdo it, because then pork can get too strong onion taste.
- Potatoes must be thoroughly washed and cleaned. After that, several cross-shaped incisions should be made on the tubers.
- In a separate container, mix 2 tbsp of oil with salt and ground pepper. Thoroughly lubricate each potato with this mixture.
- The last bulb must be cleaned and cut with rings.
- The meat is laid out in a deep pan and roasted in oil until crisp on a strong fire.
- The form for baking was covered with hay and twigs of thyme. Put the onion rings on top.
- Now fill the mold with meat and potatoes. Tightly seal the container with foil. Bake the meat for at least an hour until ready.
