Barbecue chicken recipe

  • 60ml apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 120g light brown sugar
  • 60ml molasses
  • 120ml ketchup
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt

  • 200 ml of honey


Preparation
  1. First you need to cook the sauce. Take a small pottery and mix it with ketchup along with chili sauce, apple cider vinegar, mustard and molasses. Add also sugar and pre-chopped cloves of garlic. Put the mixture to boil on medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring constantly so that it does not burn.

    Then divide the barbecue sauce into two servings so that one part can be used to lubricate the chicken during cooking and the other for serving.





  2. Next, set the oven to warm up to 200 degrees and do the meat. Cut the chicken into small pieces and wash the meat well. After salting and peppering the pieces of chicken after washing, lay them in a large bowl, pour honey and leave to stand for an hour.



  3. Put the meat on the pan. Using kitchen silicone brush, lubricate each part of the chicken with barbecue sauce and send it to bake for 10 minutes. Then turn over the pieces, grease on the back side and bake again for the same amount of time.





  4. Continue to roll over and lubricate the pieces of meat on both sides with sauce every 5 minutes until ready. Small pieces will be ready in about half an hour, you will need to spend a little more time preparing large pieces.
