Mastery of making cake "Paradise bliss"

Recently, I discovered a new tasty cake – “Paradise delight”. It has such an unusual name for a reason: from the first seconds you feel yourself immersed in nirvana for sweet tooth. I try to protect the figure, but the taste of this dessert wins over self-control every time.

Preparation

Constantly stir the cream so that there are no lumps. Bring to a boil and remove from the stove. The finished mixture is wrapped with food film and set to cool.



  2. Let's do the custard test. We take a pot and pour water. We put butter cut in small pieces into it. We also add the plant and bring the mass to a boil. We make a little fire and we make a little fire. Remove from the fire and let cool for 5-7 minutes. Then add eggs and stir with a mixer - the dough should turn out smooth and elastic, without unnecessary lumps.





  3. Take a baking mold and cover it with parchment. We lay out half the dough, we should get a rectangle measuring 20 x 30 cm. When distributing the test, we recommend lubricating your hands with water, since the dough is very elastic. Two cakes bake 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.



  4. Back to our cream. In the cooled mass, we add butter in pieces and thoroughly whip with a mixer. The cream should be very thick, homogeneous, with the aroma of vanilla. Cut the cakes into 3 identical parts and smear each with cream. We connect the cakes and set the cake to brew - in 15-20 minutes you can serve to the table.
