Delicious pumpkin pastries Ingredients
- 0.5 kg grated pumpkin (2 tbsp)
- 0.5 liters of kefir (2 tbsp)
- 300g manka
- 100g sugar
- 1.5 tsp baking powder

- lemon peel, cinnamon and vanilla to taste

Preparation
- Wash the pumpkin, peel it and rub it on a fine grater. This is perhaps the most difficult of all the stages of making this cake.

Instead of jam, you can use a mixture of honey and water (2 tablespoons of honey is used per glass of water). Or you can boil a glass of water with 2 tablespoons of sugar and add lemon juice to this.
