  2. For further manipulation, you will need a meat grinder or a blender. In a blender container or just a deep bowl, mix pieces of sweet and spicy pepper, garlic, parsley. Grind the components to a puree state and mix thoroughly.

The resulting gruel should be added to the tomatoes. Also sprinkle half rings of onions, spices and all liquid ingredients. After stirring tomatoes, they should be covered with a lid and left to marinate for 2-3 hours in a cool place. During this time, vegetables should give a decent amount of juice. It's important from time to time. mix upwhile they marinate. Put the salad in the cans, put a clean towel at the bottom of the pot and start sterilizing the treat. For liter cans, you need 40 minutes of sterilization from the moment of boiling water, and for half-liter cans, 20 minutes is enough. After the cans are completely cooled, they need to be moved to some dark cool place. Of course, you can put them in the refrigerator, if there is a free shelf.
