Pepper Snack for Winter Ingredients
  • 4 red sweet peppers
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 4 hot peppers
  • 75g sugar
  • 250 ml of vegetable oil
  • 2bsp apple cider vinegar
  • 250 ml of water
  • 1 tsp salt


Preparation
  1. Wash the peppers and cut them in half, throw the seeds away. Then cut each half into 3 or 4 parts. It all depends on how big the pepper is.



  2. The tray is covered with foil or parchment. Grease the vegetable oil, sprinkle the peppers. Cover with foil and bake at 180 degrees until pepper softness. It takes about an hour.



  3. Cut the hot pepper into several parts (seeds do not need to be removed). Pour pepper and garlic into a blender, grinding to uniformity. Pour the finished mass into the pot.



  4. In the saucer to the pepper add vegetable oil, water, salt and sugar. Stir and put on the fire until the sugar dissolves. The mass should practically boil. Take it off the fire and leave it to stand for 15 minutes.



  5. Put it on the fire again and let the mass boil. Pour vinegar and boil for another 2 minutes.



  6. Put the baked pepper in the clean cans. Pour hot sauce with hot pepper. Make a few punctures in the peppers with a knife so that the liquid will soak them. Cover the cans with the lids, turn them over and leave them until completely cool. You can store it on the shelf in the closet or in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
