The most delicious pepper for winter
  1. For stuffing
You will need peppers of about the same shape and size. Wash them and dry them. Then cut off the hats, remove the partitions and seeds. Wet with a napkin the inside of the peeled peppers to remove excess moisture.

Insert peppers into each other in stacks of 4-5 pieces. Put them in a bag, tie them up and put them in the freezer. Peppers harvested in this way are easily obtained from each other. It is convenient to stuff them even without defrosting. Scented peppers for the New Year are something, believe me!

  2. For pizza.
Prepare the pepper just like in the first recipe. Don't throw out your hats, we'll need them. Cut peeled peppers of different colors with thin rings, which are convenient to use when cooking pizza.

Put the rings on the table and get wet with paper napkins. The absence of excess moisture will not allow the pieces of pepper to stick together in the refrigerator. Put the pepper in a regular bag or in a plastic cup. In it, the rings will better retain their shape. Send it to the freezer.

  3. For salads.
Cut the pepper with cubes or straws. It can be used in soups, salads and when stewing vegetables.

Remove excess moisture with paper napkins. Put the pieces in a bag or plastic bottle.

  4. For the first course
It's time to do something about the pepper caps left over from the first three recipes. Tear off the tails, leaving only the edible flesh.

Put the pieces of pepper in a bowl of blender and grind until mashed.

Put the resulting puree in ice molds. Send the molds to the freezer, wait for the freeze. Transfer the frozen “tablets” of pepper into a bag for subsequent storage. In winter, they can be used to improve the taste of the first dishes.

  5. For snacks.
For this method, you will need a large and meaty pepper. Cover the pan with baking paper. Put the pepper on it and send it to the oven for 30 minutes, heated to 200 degrees.

After this time, put the pepper in the pan, cover the lid and let it cool. Separate the skin from the pepper, now it should be easy to do. Remove the peduncle and the seeds. Divide each pepper into 3-4 slices.

Put the pieces of pepper on containers with lids. In winter, thaw, chop with straw, add oregano, garlic and dill. Make a dressing of olive oil and soy sauce. It makes a great snack!
