  8. Put the berries together with the juice in a jar with a tight lid. Pour strawberries with a quality forty-degree drink. It should be expensive enough not to have any unpleasant taste. And from its quantity will depend on the strength of the resulting liquor. So fans of “stronger” can slightly increase the volume specified in the recipe.


  9. Stir the berries with a spoon, cover the can with a lid and send it to the refrigerator or cellar. The more the drink stands there, the more intense its taste and aroma will be. Yes, you can try liquor even after 2-3 days. But for a refined taste, it will take more time and another ingredient.
  10. After a week, cut off one lemon peel and squeeze the juice. Add zest and lemon juice to a jar of liquor. Stir it well. Close the jar with a lid and send it to the same cool place for another 2-3 weeks.
