  • 100g cocoa
  • 200g butter


Preparation

  3. Cool the finished mass and break the blender. Add 1.5 kg of sugar and cook for another 20 minutes. If the plum is acidic, then more sugar can be added. Cool the jam and take it off. Please note that along with the foam, almost all skins from plums are removed (only a little remains).





  4. If desired, you can pass jam through a sieve so that it is homogeneous. I like that. Cook for another 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I did not have time to take all the photos of the process, but I will try to correct myself next time.



  5. Put the jam on the fire again. Bring it to a boil, add sifted cocoa and butter. Stir the whole thing together. The fourth time, boil for about 15 minutes.



  6. Pour it. jam Sterilized banks and close with sterilized lids. Banks with jam turn upside down, wrap with a warm blanket and leave until completely cooled. Then keep it in a dark, cool place. Bon appetit!
