How to pickle plums for winter Ingredients
  • 1kg plum
  • parsley
  • peppermint
  • pepper
  • salt

Brine ingredients
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 0.5 tbsp sugar
  • 0.8 l vinegar

Preparation
  1. First you need to find the right plums. They should be dense and large enough. But if there are plums already, so be it. In principle, anyone will. But the softest fruits are better not to take. Wash the plums, cut to half and remove the bones.

  2. Let's get the stuffing ready. Cut the parsley and mint finely. Or you can run it through the press. You can add hot pepper, but this is at will. It's more spicy, of course. Stir it all together and salt it well. If you think that the fillings are too much, do not worry, it can just fall asleep on top.

  3. Now put a filling inside each plum. Put a lot on it, don't regret it. Don't forget to sterilize the banks. Put the plums in jars tightly together. In empty places you can also put cloves of garlic. It is so delicious that there are no words. But it's optional, too.
