Cheese cheesecakes constantly burn and creep, fry cakes with cottage cheese, much tastier and easier to cook.

As you know, from semolina cereals, you can prepare not only the porridge with lumps that is annoying to many. Manca is added to cutlets, cheesecakes, onion pancakes, pancakes and cookies. And we're offering a mannic recipe. That's what my grandmother called delicate cakes made of mankey, which she fried in a frying pan with cottage cheese as a filling.



Mannicoes are rosy and crispy on the outside, while very soft on the inside. Unlike cheesecakes, they never burn, and children from them simply impossible to tear!

Chicken cakes in the pan Ingredients
  • 80 g cottage cheese with a fat content of 10%
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 10g vanilla sugar
  • sugar
  • 90g semolina
  • 450 ml of milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • pinch
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • vegetable-oil
  • 15g butter


Preparation
  1. Pre-warm raisins in hot water so that it becomes soft.


  2. After that, mix it with cottage cheese, add vanilla sugar and sugar sand to taste.


  3. Thoroughly rub all the ingredients with a fork.


  4. Mix in a bowl an egg, a spoonful of sugar and salt. Smash it to uniformity.
  5. We just have to make some semolina dough. Put a saucer with milk on the stove, boil, add a pinch of salt and sugar.
  6. A fine trickle, stirring, pour a mancu into the milk.
  7. Cook 5 minutes to make it thicker. Then take it off the fire and cover it.
  8. While the manka remains hot, start forming cheesecakes. Keep in mind that cooling porridge will make them much more difficult.
  9. Dip the spoon in cold water and dial a tablespoon with the top of the mankey. Put it on a table sprinkled with flour. Pour flour and form a small cake.


  10. Put the stuffing over the flatbread.
  11. Gather mannica, joining together the edges of the cake. If necessary, add some more flour.
  12. Dip every mannic in the egg.
  13. Roast in vegetable oil until blushed on both sides.


  14. Also warm mannicas lubricate with butter.
  15. The cheesecakes in the pan are ready. And I must admit that eating them is much more pleasant than simple semolina.
