Preparation
  1. I'll start by caramelizing pears. There are two types: sugar or honey. Pears need to be cleaned and cut into slices, removing the core. Heat the pan, pour water into it and place the floor of the badyan flower there. After boiling the water, place pears in the pan.





  2. Cook pears in a pan for 5 minutes, periodically turning over pear lobes. Pour the water from the pan, lay out the butter and, as soon as it heats up, put the pears in the pan.



  3. Give pears a minute to be in the pan with butter, and then pour sugar on each slice of pears. On medium heat, roast the pears, periodically turning over so that each slice on all sides is covered with ruddy crust. At the end, you can slightly sprinkle pears with vanilla sugar and cinnamon (this is optional). Nana sugar-fry It takes about 5 minutes with an average fire. This principle can also be applied to caramel. honey-pear without added sugar and vanilla sugar. Ready pears should become soft, while keeping in shape and not decay.





  4. Lightly roast the walnuts in a dry pan, and then grind them with a knife, but not very finely.



  5. Rucolla (can be replaced with a salad leaf) spread on a plate, slightly tuck in olive oil, then lay out a caramelized pear, pieces of cheese and nuts. Water the salad with balsamic sauce. Bon appetit!
