Juicy "Roses" from puff dough, baking in the morning 3 baking, and by the evening there is nothing left.

When you want something light and unusual for dessert, I make Roses from puff dough with apples. Food for this takes the smallest amount, and looks like such baking is very impressive. For six servings, one apple, a pinch of cinnamon and half a pack of puff dough is enough.

Roses from puff dough with apples Ingredients
  • 250g puff dough
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp powdered sugar (optional)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation
  1. Clean the apple from the core in such a way as not to damage its integrity. I have a special knife for that. And those who do not have it, can cut the apple in circles and only then cut out of each core using any round tube.

  2. Cut the peeled apple with thin rings.

  3. Roll the dough and divide into 6 identical parts.
  4. Make the corners of each part of the incision, as in the photo.

  5. Pour apple rings in sugar and cinnamon.

  6. Place each ring inside one of the blanks.

  7. Get inside the ring and pair the cut edges of the dough. It's like a bow.

  8. Cover the pan with paper, grease with oil and put all the "Roses" on it.

  9. Bake in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

  10. When the pastry is roaring, take out the pan and let it cool.
  11. Sprinkle the Roses with powdered sugar and serve to the table. They are very light and so beautiful that it is even a pity to eat. But on the second day, no matter how much you cook, it does not remain. They taste so bad!
  12. Enjoy your tea!
