How to make chocolate at home Ingredients
  • 100g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 50g butter

Preparation
  1. Pour the milk into the pan and heat it on a small fire. Add cocoa and sugar to the milk.



  2. In a water bath, paint butter and also pour it into a container for milk and cocoa.
  3. Stir everything to uniformity and cook on a small heat for about 2 minutes, stirring periodically.
  4. Pour the chocolate into shapes and leave to cool at room temperature, then put in the refrigerator until the chocolate has completely frozen. As you already know, you can cook not only chocolate bars, but also chocolate. For a change, you should add sesame, nuts or dried fruits to taste in chocolate.







Homemade chocolate

The ingredients
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 6-8 tbsp sugar
  • 50g butter
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp wheat flour
  • pinch
  • peppermint


Preparation
  1. Into the pot sugar. Pour a tablespoon of milk to them and mix it well until homogeneous. Pour the remaining milk. Put it on a fire and boil it on a medium fire, stirring constantly.



  2. After boiling, add butter, mix, on a small fire let the mass boil. Remove the pot of future chocolate from the fire, pour the sifted flour. Stir and put it on the fire again until it boils.
  3. Remove the pan from the fire, pour a pinch of vanillin into the chocolate mass and stir. Let me cool down a little.



  4. The ice forms are slightly oiled, and then pour chocolate into them. If desired, you can add some crushed nuts. Put the chocolate forms in the fridge before solidify.
