- 430–500g wheat flour
- 7g fast-acting dry yeast
- 200 ml of warm milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation
- First thing you need is flour. It is best to do this several times so that the dough comes out even more airy. The amount of flour can vary from 400 to 500 g. It depends on the humidity of the flour itself. So focus on the consistency of the mass during kneading.
- Add dry yeast to the flour. Choose such yeast that is suitable for making dough without steam. Usually on the package it is written that fast-acting dry yeast can be immediately added to the flour.
- Then slightly beat the egg, add it to the flour. Next, warm the milk a little and dilute sugar and salt in it. Do not bring the milk to a boil under any circumstances. The product should be strictly warm, but not hot.
- Add milk to the dough and start mixing the dough. It won't be very malleable at first. To make it softer and more elastic, parts add vegetable oil to the dough. Mix the dough for 8-10 minutes.
- From the finished dough, form a ball, place it in a deep bowl and cover it with a towel. Give the dough 40 minutes to rest. Next, it should be slightly laced and given another 40-50 minutes to come. Air yeast dough is ready!
