Pie with lemon filling Ingredients for dough
  • 250g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp sour cream
  • 120g butter


Filling ingredients
  • 250 ml of water
  • 150g sugar
  • peel 1 lemon
  • 50ml lemon juice
  • 25g butter
  • 3 yolks
  • 30g cornstarch


Ingredients for bezel
  • 3 proteins
  • 75g sugar
  • pinch


Preparation
  1. To prepare the test, sift through the flour and add room temperature oil, powdered sugar and 1 egg to it. Stir and then add the sour cream. Mix the dough.



  2. Lubricate the butter form for baking and sprinkle the bottom of the form with flour. Place the dough in the form and evenly level the dough over the entire surface of the form, form sides about 4-5 cm high. Prick the dough with a fork and put it in the freezer for half an hour.



  3. For stuffing pour 200 ml of water and lemon juice into the pot. Add the sugar, lemon peel and butter. Put it on the fire and bring it to a boil with constant stirring.



  4. In a separate container, mix starch with 50 ml of water. Stir it. Pour the starch into the cream pot and stir it again.



  5. Wreath 3 yolks. With constant stirring, pour half the cream into a container for whipped eggs. Stir, and then the eggs with cream pour into the saucer, where the second half of the cream is located. Put the steak on the fire and with constant stirring bring the mixture to thickness. Cool the cream at room temperature.





  6. Take the dough out of the freezer, cover with foil, and pour a glass of peas or beans on top of the foil. Bake the cake in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 15 minutes. Then remove the foil from the crust and bake it for another 10 minutes until golden.



  7. For bezel Beat proteins with a pinch of salt to increase the mass in volume. Continuing to whip, pour sugar into the mass. Hit everything to steady peaks.



  8. Put the stuffing on the hot cake. On the filling carefully lay out the protein mass. Bake the cake for 15 minutes at 160 degrees. The squirrels must turn red.
