  • 1 egg
  • 100g sugar
  • 100ml sour cream

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 15g vanilla sugar


Cream ingredients
  • 250g cottage cheese
  • 250 ml cream with 33% fat
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 25g gelatin
  • 40 ml of water
  • 200g seedless cherries
  • 15g vanilla sugar


Preparation
  1. Let's make a biscuit first. Mix the egg and sugar with a mixer. Add vegetable oil, sour cream and keep whipping.



  2. In a separate container, combine flour, cocoa, vanilla sugar and baking powder.



  3. In small portions, add the dry mixture to the liquid, mix carefully. It should be thick dough.



  4. Transfer the dough into a baking container oiled. Choose the form so that the height of the dough in it does not exceed 3 centimeters.



  5. Send the biscuit to a 190 degree oven for 20 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick, it should be dry. Let the finished cake cool right in the form.
  6. Now we cook. simple and delicious cake cream. Pour gelatin with room temperature water for 20 minutes.



  7. Meanwhile, mix the cottage cheese with the cream with a mixer. Add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.



  8. In a water bath, dissolve gelatin and let it cool a little. Carefully add it to the cream, without stopping whipping the mixer. See that the mass is not too thick, it should flow freely from the corolla. You can add some cream if the cream is very thick.



  9. Cover the form to solidify with film, so it will be easier to separate the finished cake. Pour a little cream on the bottom and evenly distribute it.



  10. Cut the biscuits and put them on cream. Between the pieces, sprinkle the cherries and pour the cream. Repeat this to the top of the form or until the ingredients run out.



  11. Cover the form with film and send it to the refrigerator for 6 hours. Take out the finished cake carefully, turning the shape upside down.





For a delicious cake, choose only quality products. Cream can be replaced with low-fat sour cream, and berries can be used fresh. Once, when I didn’t have time to bake biscuits, I used sand cookies. That was great! I wish you good food and only delicious desserts!
