Homemade Hinkali Ingredients
  • 500g wheat flour
  • 300 ml of water
  • 500g mixed mince
  • 2 large bulbs
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tuft of cilantro
  • salt


Preparation
  1. First we have to cook the mince. Any type of meat can be used for filling. You can choose one, but it is better to make a mixed mince of pork and beef, so the taste will be richer. With meat decided, and now cut the onions, pass through the press garlic, finely chop the greens and add to the mince.



  2. Then add some water to the ground. For 500 grams of minced meat you will need about 100-150 milliliters of water. Mix the mince thoroughly. Then add the sliced cilantro. The filling is ready.



  3. Now we cook. hinkali. Mix dough from flour, salt and 150 milliliters of water. Roll the dough into a 1cm thick cake. Then cut out the mugs from the dough, on which you lay the mince, about one tablespoon with a slide. Now collect the edges of the dough with an accordion and press it tightly. Hinkali ready to cook.



  4. All we have to do is cook the bags. Dip khinkali in boiling water and boil until they surface, and after another 5-7 minutes. Now you can take it out, put it on a plate and serve it. To be quite traditional, you need to sprinkle them a little with black pepper.





Then you can go back to where you started. You can't keep these delicious "bags" waiting long!
