If it wasn’t for self-discipline, it wouldn’t work, says Maria. “I try to start my morning with the usual exercise we did in school. It takes 15 minutes, but then you feel the charge of vivacity all day. After all, it is so simple: get up, smile at your loved ones, first do a few squats so that the body “wakes up”, then you can start leaning.

    “It is necessary to make them with the whole body ten times, first to the left, then to the right, and hold dumbbells in your hands. If there is no time left in the morning, then in the evening, no matter how tired I am, I get up on the treadmill and work out at a slow pace for at least half an hour.

    “Even in an active and agile profession like mine, not all muscle groups work. There are also so-called stagnant places, such as the shoulders or lower back. As soon as I feel pain or tension there, I visit a massage therapist and osteopath, who are very helpful in keeping tone and “dispersing” the blood. And of course, dancing, I love it.”

    The actress also shared her menu. It is not poor, but without harmful products and properly built. Breakfast I start with a cup of green tea. It helps the body wake up. Then I eat a dairy product, but certainly with bran: cottage cheese or kefir. Then before lunch I can drink a glass of yogurt or milk, if very hungry.”

    For lunch I like vegetables or chicken for a couple. Moreover, the garnish for the bird should be green: broccoli cabbage, peas. Doctors believe that green vegetables help the body better absorb proteins.”

    Once every two weeks I can eat a piece of cake, but only until 12 p.m. You have to pamper yourself. In the summer I like to eat kebabs, but also “in the company” of green vegetables.

    Dinner I have different: a combination of vegetable side dish or buckwheat with protein food. I never go to bed on an empty stomach, it is harmful, two hours before bedtime I eat something light.

    Maria Poroshina believes that every woman should take care of herself independently, thus showing love for her body and respect for herself. A beautician is needed only to bring the image to perfection. “I definitely use moisturizers every day. Every three days at night, I apply a cream with fruit acids on my face, which help exfoliate old skin cells. In the morning, I wash myself with foam and use a scrub.”





    I have mostly Israeli-made creams at home, although now there are very good Belarusian cosmetics. I have a restrained attitude towards popular means.”

    I prefer professional cosmetics, but I read the composition carefully. There should be no parabens in the cream. They are introduced into many products to extend the shelf life. In general, the less chemistry, the better. On average, creams should not be stored for more than five to six months.”







The main secret of her youth is a healthy sleep. She tries to observe the regime of the day despite her busy work schedule and family affairs: “The most important thing is to get enough sleep, because when you get enough sleep, even your face looks much more interesting.”
