Fast chicken roast.

More than once I was convinced that the taste of the whole dish depends on how the ingredients are sliced! When cooking this fragrant chicken roast, it is very important to cut carrots in circles, rather than rub it. It is also important to add broccoli at the very end: otherwise the cabbage will boil and become tasteless.

Roasted chicken. According to this recipe, I consider my specialty, I do not know how to cook at all, and here everything is so easy. And it turns out perfectly: moderately spicy and spicy chicken with divinely tender sauce!





Chicken roast ingredients
  • 500g chicken fillets or chopped chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200g broccoli
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • some red chili pepper


Sauce ingredients
  • 2 tbsp crushed fresh ginger
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/3 tbsp water
  • 1/3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tbsp honey


Preparation
  1. In a small pan, mix all the ingredients for the sauce and cook it over a small heat for 5 minutes.



  2. Fry the chicken, sliced in thin slices, in olive oil.



  3. In the pan add carrots, crushed garlic and ready sauce, a little sweat. Then add boiled broccoli cabbage to a nearly finished dish.



  4. Season the chicken with hot pepper at will and serve the dish hot with rice or noodles.
