How to fry beef liver Ingredients
- 600g beef liver
- 1 egg
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt (no slide)
- 0.5 tsp soda
- 1 bulb

- cornmeal
Preparation
- Liver wash, dry, remove the film and cut into large pieces.
