Chicken (Gulchehr) recipe in a pan

Preparation
  1. Cut the onions finely, pass the garlic through the press.
  2. Mix the onions with garlic and roast in the pan until golden.


  3. Cut the chicken in small pieces. Put them in the same pan where the onions are roasted, and roast them to the ruddy crust.


  4. While the onion and chicken are roasted, mix the milk and flour to a homogeneous mass so that there are no lumps.


  5. Add to the chicken milk mixture, sour cream, salt, sugar, spices and some water so that the sauce covers the chicken, but not completely.


  6. Stir well and carcasses until ready under the closed cover for about 30 minutes. Stir sometimes! At the end, add the sliced dill and extinguish the chicken a little more.
